The Lodgest Turnover Checklist must be completed every turnover. Use its built-in supply request when items are needed. Report damage, excessive cleaning, or anything you cannot complete through its Issue / Cannot Complete path.

All turnovers should start no later than 11:00 AM as scheduling permits. If you are assigned multiple properties on a single day, do your best to complete them all the same day, or the next day. If you cannot complete a turnover the same day a guest departs, please at least visit the property to make sure the house is properly secured.
